30 weeks

How far along? 30 Weeks 
Total weight gain/loss: 136 lbs -- +16 lbs total
Maternity clothes? Maternity clothes.
Belly Measurement: 39 in -- +7 in
HB: 150 BPM
Stretch marks? Nope. I've been doing checks everyday though! (Knock on wood)
Sleep: I've been sleeping pretty well. Some tossing and turning at night but not too horrible surprisingly.
Best moment this week?  Went to my OB appointment on Friday and they scheduled all of my remaining appointments.  It's so crazy that I'll now be going to see my OB every two weeks from now until 35 weeks, when it change to every week.  Not too much longer to go. Only 10 more weeks, or 70 days, until I hit 40 weeks.  I didn't make that with Liam so I could be down to less than 7 weeks, or 48 days!
Miss Anything? Nope
Movement: Kicking, punching and squirming all around.
Food cravings: Not much. 
Anything making you queasy or sick: Smells here and there. We had a Nacho bar at work today and I strangely was getting queasy over the smell of the chili beans.

Labor Signs: None currently
Symptoms: Still Fatigue and fire breathing heartburn
Belly Button in or out? It's almost all the way out.  There is just a little part of the bottom still holding out.
Wedding rings on or off? On, which I cannot believe! I swelled early with Liam and couldn't wear my rings.  I actually purchased a fake diamond ring at the beginning of this pregnancy for when mine didn't fit.  It's looking like I may not use it!
Weekly Wisdom:  Take it easy! I'm tiring out easier at work these days and realizing I can't do everything that I used to.
Looking forward to: New Year's Eve is tomorrow! I can't believe we are ringing in 2013 already.  Now let's see if I can even stay up until midnight!

Sleep: I love sleep! The third trimester fatigue is kicking in again.  I'm so tired all the time.
Best moment this week?  Seeing Carter's face in the 3D Ultrasound.  It was so cool to see his nose, lips and watch him open his eyes. He is currently transverse which means he is laying sideways across my belly instead of head down.  Since this is causing him to lay in a really awkward position it was really hard to get some clear pictures of him.  Here are a few of the better ones:

Symptoms: Fatigue and fire breathing heartburn. The heartburn has peeked this week.  I have this acid burning in my throat all day and popping tums isn't quite working anymore.  I'm going to talk to my OB this week and see if he has any ideas.
Belly Button in or out? Still not all the way out.  It's working on it.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Weekly Wisdom:  Try to keep more snacks around.  It seems to appease the heartburn slightly.

28 weeks

How far along? 28 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss: 134 lbs -- +14 lbs total
Maternity clothes? Maternity clothes.
Belly Measurement: 37 in
HB: 150 BPM
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: I love sleep. I've been battling a little middle of the night insomnia though for the past week.
Best moment this week?  I passed my Glucose testing! Drinking that nasty orange drink, after not eating for 12 hrs, then sitting in a lobby for two hours and being poked 3 times was not fun though.

Weekly Wisdom:  Get that little guy's room ready! We are almost there but I feel like my due date is creeping up too fast.
Looking forward to: Taking Liam to Christmas Tree Lane and to meet Santa this week.  We are also doing a 3D ultrasound on Wednesday so I can't wait to see how chubby Carter is getting.

Best moment this week?  Today is the first day of my third trimester! It's so exciting that I'm already 2/3 through this pregnancy.

Belly Button in or out? I can't believe it is still half in. The top is poking out past my belly but the bottom is still holding out.
Wedding rings on or off? On, which is amazing! I couldn't wear my ring pretty early on when I was pregnant with Liam.
Weekly Wisdom:  Don't itch your belly! You've survived without stretch marks so far.
Looking forward to: My three day weekend is coming up and I can't wait to take Liam to see Santa.

Sleep: I love sleep. I have been waking up because of extreme heartburn though.
Best moment this week?  Down to the double digits in days left. 98 days left as of today.  Even less if he comes early!
